FRIDAY'S POSITIVE AFFIRMATION: Quartz Crystal and You

Quartz crystal is a very powerful tool that you can use on a daily basis for self-empowerment. These beautiful gems are abundant, and not only in metaphysical shops. Take a look at your wrist ... do you wear a watch? More than likely, the glass on your watch is not glass .... it is .... quartz crystal! Yes, the same quartz crystal that you find in the metaphysical shops, only it has been cut and polished. In fact, it doesn't much matter for general purposes whether your crystal is smooth and polished or has natural points - it is your choice.
Quartz crystal, whether it be clear, smoky or colored, such as pink, rose, blue or amethyst are powerful energy transmitters and receivers. They promote balance, effect healing, and help to open psychic pathways giving more understanding to this great mystery we call life !
Now, you might think it odd to 'talk' to a crystal, but this is how you clear it from negative energy and how you program it with positive energy -- by raising it close to your mouth and breathing on it while you speak. And, as funny as this may seem, even the quartz crystal on your watch can be programmed to work with you in the Higher Planes..
Yes .. you can soak your crystal in salt water, take a shower with it, and/or leave it in the sun or light of a full moon to clear it (though I certainly wouldn't suggest that you do this to the crystal on your watch!), but why go to such elaborate ceremonies, unless, of course you want to do so. Today's positive affirmation will help you to clear and program a crystal for your personal use very simply and easily without much fanfare other than to use your thoughts, words and breath.
First of all, your choice of words is most important. You may clear your crystal by breathing these words over it:
"I invoke the Light of the God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my guide."
To program your crystal, think first of the end result you wish to accomplish. Let us say that you are interested in programming your crystal to bring abundance and prosperty into your life, breathe these words over your crystal while holding a visualization of the end result in your mind:
"I empower you, crystal, to attract abundance and prosperty into my life now. Through you, crystal, I am seeing, feeling and being prosperous and gifted with abundance which I am sharing with all those beloveds in my world."
You may also program your crystal to effect healing, to improve your psychic clarity, and to work in concert with you on multiple levels. Above all else, know that you do not 'use' a crystal, you form a relationship with it by respecting it, appreciating it and .. thanking it for being. Quartz crystals have been seeded here by the Ancients tens of thousands of years ago and many are activating in the NOW to work with us for the good of mankind, healing us individually and as a whole.
I always say my affiimations for clearing and programming three times to establish a firm and rooted connection. I suggest that you do so, as well.
