THE METAPHYSICAL EDGE

The Metaphysical Edge ... Where All Realities Meet

FRIDAY'S POSITIVE AFFIRMATION: Self-Auditing

Greetings Dear Ones ...

Habits are activities that you grow into -- some are good for you, while others may not be so good.  One way to develop good habits is to keep on top of your growth by charting your journey through self-auditing.  Self-auditing is a personal system of check and balances. Today's positivity treatment affirms our yown personal self-auditing system and if you don't have one in place yet, this may help you create one that works for you.

Repeat these short affirmations in sets of threes throughout the day for one week ~~

1.  I am self-reliant and emotionally strong.

2.  I am in touch with the means to improve my skills and use every avenue available to me to do so.

3.  I am in charge of my emotions.

4.  I am aware of my surroundings.

5.  I am decisive and unafraid of making a bad choice because I know that I can correct it.

6.  I am courageous and do not fear my future.

7.  I am focused on doing the next right thing in the NOW because I know that this will ultimately take care of my future.

8.  I am confident in my abilities.

9.  I stand in my own power.

Create your own system of checks and balances by making a self-auditing list personalized to your own needs.  Some suggestion for your own self-auditing list are:

On a scale of 1 to 10, rate yourself:

1. Self-reliant, ability to stand on my own.

2.  Emothionally strong - daily meditation / cntemplation and spiritual exercise.

3.  Physically strong - daily activity or exercise.

4.  In charge of my emotions.

5.  Aware of my surroundings.

6.  Decisiveness -- willingness to make decisions and stick to them

7.  Courage to trust the future of my own choosing.

8.  Focus in the NOW.

9.  Self-conficence of my abilities (ability to perform job duties, ability to maintain my finances, ability to juggle career and family, etc.)

10.  Self-empowered, trust my own judgment

11.  Review goals -- am I getting to where I want to be ?

12.  Personal progress report -- chart your time -- where will I be in 1 month, 6 months, 1 years, etc.

Depending upon your own personal circumstances, you may need to add to or adjust the above self-auditing list. The bottom line is that you make yourself aware of where you are going, and how you are getting there.  Don't be afraid of reaching for the stars; you CAN do it.  Make a plan and be flexible enough to stick to it, even when you are caused to take a detour or two.  Know that every plan is workable and sometimes, those little side trips make life all the more worth living!

You have my warmest wishes for your continiued personal success in all that you endeavor to do -- just do it !

In Love, Light and Gentle Vibration Always ...
