Greetings Dear Ones ...
Giving away our power is something many of us do, sometimes without even realizing it. Sometimes, we give so much energy away that there is very little left for ourselves resulting in depression, fatigue that can go as far as negatively impacting our physical immune system causing dis-ease. Today's positive affirmation will help you to recognize and stand in your own power which keeps the energy flow balanced, therefore promoting a positive state of being. Remember ... "as above, so below !"
Repeat this affirmation in sets of threes every day to pump up your energy and maintain a balanced equilibrium.
" I am a being of light and energy. Pure white light enters my being through the crown chakra at the top of my head and courses through my entire chakra system, through my brow, throat, heart, solar plexus (belly button), sacral (abdomen) and root (base of spine) energy centers. I feel the warmth of energy flow as each energy center is activated by healing, clearing white light and energy. Energy flows freely within me and as I share this energy with others, it is continually replenished. I am free. And so it is."
You may feel a tingling in each of your energy centers as you bless, heal and clear each chakra; this is o.k. If you don't feel anything, this is o.k. too -- just continue to do say this affirmation daily to effect subtle change.
