Burger King Rage?
I have seen a lot in my time.
Really I have.
I hear all the time about Road Rage, see it when people take my life in their hands in order to get in front of me on the road, I just say to myself, if you want it that bad, GO FOR IT. Now normally it is because it is a tractor trailor truck or some such vehicle, same goes for double decker buses in Ireland, I mean, really, YOU go ahead, you are MUCH bigger than me.
But today, I had skipped breakfast for another appointment for my car, and the errands took me longer than I expected and I returned a shirt and decided I would do a little shopping, and I was already in TJMAXX and I fancied a maxx moment and I am in the shirt aisle and this older woman has a shopping cart at the end of the aisle and I came into that aisle from the other side and she is edging that card quite agressively towards where I am while working herself through all the sizes on that rack. I see that cart coming and I am wondering is she going to PUSH her way ALL the way down to where I am, well I do not have to wait long, she lands that cart almost into me in such an agressive way that I am forced to move and am stunned that this older respectable woman acted in such a forcefully agressive manner to get me out of her way......
I stand aside and move to the next aisle looking at her so that she can SEE that she was rude and she does not get it, so I leave, the maxx moment was GONE. Now in that parking lot there is a burger king and I can smell that food and I am like, to heck with it, I am having it my way today, if I cannot have my way in TJMAXX, I can in burger king and I head towards the drive through and I am not kidding this chick in a very large truck CUTS me off cutting through the parking lot to beat me to the drive through????? AND I am LIKE, I have heard of ROAD RAGE, but NEVER MAXX rage or BURGER KING rage, was she that hungry?
Ya just never know do ya?
