Christmas Shopping.......
I tried to be organized this year with my shopping and I purchased a hdtv for my fiancee on line one month ago, I was charged for it and given a delivery date by Best Buy and I was proud that I was thinking ahead.
This morning I am home and I receive a call, informing me that the product I paid for a month ago is NOT available and I had to choose another product. Just 24 hours before it is supposed to be delivered.
I call best buy.com and wait 48 minutes and the call ends abruptly and so I call the store, they tell me that I have to deal with the online part of best buy.
I call the person who delivered the bad news that I was not getting what I ordered and it was not available to see if she could help, that's a no go either.
I am currently in line again being again sickened by being held captive by being forced to listen to ( thank god for speaker phones ) how wonderful and EASY it is to order on line with Best Buy while I wait AGAIN to speak with a customer service representative!!!!!!!!
So if you are waiting to talk to me I am in call service hell at the moment.....press one to ....and how wonderful and easy it is to buy on line from best buy.
