How to keep healthy boundaries in your relationships

1. Take a 10-30 mins walk every day and while you walk you smile, the ultimate anti-depressant.

2. Sit in Silence for at least ten minutes a day, the most important ten minutes of your life.

3. Buy a tivo and tape your last night shows to get more sleep.

4.When you wake up in the morning, complete the following sentence, My purpose is to _____ today.

5.Live with the 3 E's- Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy.

6.Watch more movies, play more games, and read more books than you did last year.

7.Dream more, while you are awake.

8.Try to make at least three people smile each day.

9. Try to clear clutter from your car, home, desk to allow new flowing energy into your life.

10.DO not waste your energy on energy vampires, gossip, issues of the past, negative thoughts about things you cannot control. Instead invest energy, into the positive of the present moment.

11. Realize that life is a school and you are here to LEARN. Problems are simply part of the cirruculum, that appear and fade away like an algebra class, but the lessons last a life time.

12.Eat Breakfast like a king, lunch like a princess, and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out credit card.

13.Smile and laugh more,  it will keep the energy vampires away.

14. Life isn't fair, but it's all good.

15.Life is too short to waste hating anyone.

16. Do not take yourself seriously, no one else does.

17. You do not have to win every argument, agree to disagree.

18. Make peace with your past, so it does not screw up your present.

19.Do not compare your life to others, you do not know what their life lessons are.

20. Burn the candles, use the night sheets, and wear the fancy lingerie, do not save it for a special occasion, today IS special.

21.No one is in charge of your happiness, except you.

22. Frame every so called disaster with, in five years, will this matter?

23. Forgive everyone, everything.

24. What other people think of you, is none of your business.

25. Time heals everything, give time, time.

26. However good or bad the situation is, it will change.

27. Your job will not take care of you when you are sick, keep in touch with your friends.

28.Get rid of everything that is not useful, beautiful or joyful.

29.Envy is a waste of time, you already have all you need.

30.The best has passed you, yet better is yet to come.

31.No matter how you feel, get up, get dressed, and show up.

32.DO the right thing!

33.Call your parents and loved ones often.-even if they are deceased, talk to them, they will know.

34.Each night before you go to bed, complete the following sentence, I am grateful and thankful for ___, and Today, I acomplished____.

35.Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.

36.Enjoy the Ride, Remember this is NOT Disney World. And you certainly do not want a fast pass, You only have ONE ride through life, so make the most of it.

Amen to all of the above!  I love number 10 and wish everyone I know would heed that advice.  Getting rid of the toxic associations you have is tough but so beneficial in the long run.
