I have noticed a marked increase in............

REALLY angry callers......

I personally find it IMPOSSIBLE to read for people when they are blinded by their own anger and frustration and RAGE that they attempt to project onto the reader because the man/ woman has not called or acted like they wanted him or her to....

They contradict me when I am in the middle of a statement, argue with anything I say and in general are difficult to deal with. It will NOT change things for you, it will not make them call, act like you want and it will not give you the quality of reading you deserve when you are paying hard earned money for it. Readings are an exchange of energy, if you are not in a good frame of mind when receiving one, you will NOT get an accurate read, and YOU are responsible for that NOT the reader.....

It is a complete waste of your money to call when you are angry or frustrated, I know that when I did call a LOT, I was unhappy and I must have been an awfully difficult client as well as hard to read for. I acknowledge that.

I know what you mean and the heat of this unusally hot summer is not helping matters!

I have been really fortunate, as most of my clients understand the whole energy exchange and are wonderful about working with me during the reading. For those rare occassions when a client is too emotionally upset to read, I will calmly explain that I can not read when they are that upset and walk them through deep breathing exercises so that we can proceed with the reading.

I have been working on Keen for the past 7 years and I have only had to end a call once. It was a few months ago, and the callers was so argumental with me, cursing, and interrupted me several times. As I felt it was a waste of both our time & energy I ended the call.

As I truly practice what I teach--I will not tolerate abuse of any type from anyone; even a paying client. Neither should any client...and neither should you Joan!

I have not had to end a call yet, I have come close but I have gotten off the phone many times really upset and it is not worth it. It was just a subject that I felt I had to broach, and I have had to block a few callers lately which I am really slow to do, but I don't like to be told that IF I was a good reader I would be honest or something to that effect and then they call me again pissed off? I don't need it and I won't tolerate it...
I know the high emotional cost of NOT being honest and straight in a reading. I read what I see, I don't embellish and I do not promise timing and I do the best I can.

i can not read through anger either. i tell my callers to call when they are in a good mood or i will end the call. i can not handle abrasive callers either. we are human and are not responsible for what is going on in the person's life. we are here to help but not to be victimized

Actually I talk to any caller that I experience that issue with, I email them after the call telling them repeatedly that they need to be calm etc during any call and that results in a better reading. All of that before I take the drastic action of blocking. I attempt to talk through any issue in order to work through things before I take blocking action against them. It has not happened often but it is on a drastic increase lately, something in the air??
