Boundaries

How to keep healthy boundaries in your relationships

Life throws curve balls at you once in a while....

and you have to deal with it. The funny thing about those curve balls is that they have the ability to teach you many valuable lessons. The reaction of others to what occurs in your interactions is seldom about you and much more often about them. If you try not to take things personally, normally when the drama dies down maybe the issue can be solved. The knee jerk reaction is seldom the realistic one and you have to allow the drama of another without getting involved if possible and let the chips fall before you make your own decision and not take it as being about you as it seldom is.

I never was good at curve balls and sometimes it takes a while not to mention a couple of bounces for me to figure it out :-) But I am getting there.

The funny thing about these kinds of things is that it takes one to really look at themselves and own their own stuff before some things can truly come to light, but with time and space, most things come to light, most of the time only after we have given up on it...weird but thats the way the cookie crumbles
