The Kindness of Clients...
Thank you so very much to all of my clients who have sent me a bonus lately, I am stunned at that, honestly, I never expect it, and I am almost shocked when I open my mail and there it is and five times in the last two weeks, and I have to say that moves me so much, brought tears to my eyes, I know how times are hard for everyone now and I cannot say how much I have appreciated it, thank you. It makes me realize that you appreciated my readings and have gone above and beyond to show me that.... I word hard to be a good reader who is honest and has the best interest of the callers in mind and that proves to me that I am on the right  track, thank you so very much...

Joan,
We always hear about the other side of the coin it is nice to hear about the nice things clients do and say. I have had wonderful clients that always have been understanding and respectful. One bad apple does not spoil a whole bunch :)

There are two sides to the coin, I have great clients, and there is nothing I like better than to have someone call me back and not so much tell me that they got the call WHEN I said they would...but to have them tell me I HELPED them get through an issue, see things from a different perspective, hold out and not call the guy/girl who had treated them badly. Not allow themselves to be controlled by their emotions but had now learned to control them. I helped them NOT wait for that call, not allow themselves to settle, not WAIT and obsess. NOT to depend on readings, NOT to harp on EVERYONE prediction, every time frame, and to learn that change does not happen in others unless you do the changing yourself. I love what I do and I am grateful for the ability to do so...
