How to keep healthy boundaries in your relationships

The New Way to Lose your Job.......
Interesting article on how companies are continuing to use social networking sites and watching on line activities of their employees to fire them for inappropriate behavior.
One Texas player Buck Burnette lost his position on a football team for leaving a racist remark on his face book page regarding Obama's winning the presidency.
So ANY employee using their company computer for activities such as on line shopping, playing poker, receiving and answering personal emails while on company time...or using their company computer getting personal and private information that they are not entitled to have better watch their back or their job might be history......

Yep, the way I understand it, the company computer is company property, so they would have the right to monitor what sites that computer has visited.

So far as I know, your employer does not have the right to monitor your personal computer at home or your personal blackberry or iphone.  It would probably be wise to only use your home computer or blackberry or iphone for your e-mail or other personal use.

Yes, your home computer is off limits, however IF you use that home computer to post on web sites like Face Book or Bibo and your new employer or present employer finds those opinions offensive, and or pictures you post offensive they can and will terminate you and or not hire you because of that.
