There's something about a woman who can do for herself....
Those are some of the words from Ne-Yo's song ( not sure where HE got the words but I watched the video on YouTube after hearing it many times on the radio) Now that might not be for some the correct type of citing sources but that's where the idea came from for this blog...
And they really struck me when it comes to why a man pulls back, why he will not commit, why he will not step up and it's might not be that he does not care, it might be that he can *feel* that you *NEED* him too much, and that pull of negative energy is and can be draining.
We have all become ( well most of us, or well I have :-) that *vacuum of need* and let me tell you from experience it ain't purdy....well not for them..... they will avoid you because they feel that *pull* that comes from being with you or even can feel it when they are not in your company...and they run a MILE....because they cannot or do not want to handle being *needed* so much, it's a drag on your energy....
So IF you can get the balance right energy wise and never tip that balance to *needing* someone and keep it on the *wanting* side, then you are good to go...not easy but necessary...IF you do not want to have a stop and go relationship.....
