Dear Joan:

I really like this quote and thanks for sharing it with us.  My Dad used to tell us "you cannot build a future on the bones of others" and for many years growing up I could not understand what he meant by it.  I think when I finally understood he had already passed but he was right and very wise.  We will never prosper if we use others as stepping stones to rise above.
