sharing your opinions. And opinions are just that, only the way YOU see an issue, others will not necessarily share the manner in which see an issue, the same way two people can experience the same thing but not *see* it the same way. That does not make either one right or wrong, just different.
I learn from the opinion of others, I may not change how I see the whole issue, but it does help me understand that there may in fact be a hidden side to an issue I was not aware of or I would not have seen had someone else commented on my blog or an interaction on the blog of another.
Differing opinions do not make one person better than another. A reader reading a situation different than another does not make them better, we all read differently, I have no right to see myself as a better person, better reader than others, I am me, that is all I can be. I do my best. It is all I can do.
I am not threatened by the opinions of others, I will not remove their comments ( unless it's advertising porn and that's nearly a full time job, removing them from the comments section), I will respond respectfully, and I expect the same from others and so far so good.
We can learn so much from each other without being threatened, and we are only threatened when we lack self confidence, how we react says a lot about how we feel about ourselves....so keep reading and keep learning from each other.....
