If you think that all that knowledge and skill can be expressed in one email reply hastily prepared so that you can get it "soon", then I question your expectations. I believe that casting effective spells is a skill that takes discipline and perhaps many years of study, making it a practice that would perhaps not be effective at all for quickly ridding yourself of anger. A faster solution for you could be prayer, and beginning to learn meditation and energy working such as grounding. This will lay a foundation if you want to learn to cast spells in the future, and might make such study unnecessary if it solves your immediate problem.
