Everyone has power already, but I'm afraid I can't teach you how to fly in the air at night. Real Witches don't fly on brooms. The myth may have been started in some cultures that used drugs that gave them the feeling of flying. Here in modern times we do not condone drug use.
Magic won't solve all your problems. You shouldn't use magic to control the lives of other people. If you do so there can be difficult consequences which might make controlling your own life even harder. Some say that what you do to others is brought back upon yourself three times. I can't make your ex-wife get a divorce from someone else; that is up to her to decide. If she is your ex, perhaps it is time for you to let go of her life and take power over your own.
