Dear Alexandra...
About six months ago I found a lump... I'm guessing a cancerous one. Since I am only fifteen, and at the time my family didn't have insurance, I waited until December. When we finally got insurance and I got a doctor's appointment, she said that it might be cancer or that it might just be from my recent surgery. Then, around that time, I started to have pains in my abdomen area when ever I pushed there. My mother doesn't know. So then I got a new doctors appointment, and they didn't accept my insurance. Then I got another doctor's appointment with a specialist, but it is not until the thirty-first of January. What should I do? the lump has not got any bigger, but the dull pain is getting a little worse, only when I push on it though. Even if my mother knew, I still wouldn't be able to get a doctor's appointment any earlier than that. Are there any STRONG spells that I can perform to help me stay okay until then? I am currently studying to become a witch. I know im not eighteen but I need someone's help

I think that you should tell your mother about the pain in your abdomen and your medical worries. As your mother, she is responsible for your medical care. There's more than one way to pay for health care when you truly need it! She also can be an emotional support for you during this worrisome time.
Since you are inexperienced, healing can be tough work. My biggest recommendation is for you to pray often! And try not to worry so much. Since there is nothing you can do right now, leave yourself in the hands of the Gods and ask them to heal you. You may wish to meditate and imagine negativity leaving your body and draining into the Earth as new energy refreshes you.
If you decide to perform spell work, only do so if you know you are ready, as there is a chance that you could accidentally make yourself sicker. Always remember to visualize yourself completely healed and healthy, rather than imagining the ways in which you will get better.
