Merry Meet Alexandra,
I was in a very unhealthy relationship over 5 years ago. I was a very active alcoholic, and have been sober now for over 5 years. This woman I was with I found out had abused my kids while I was in my own little world. I have found out that she has abused them sexually and physically and mentally.
When I got sober, my oldest son lived with his father and my youngest lived with my mom while I was going through rehab. I was able to get both my boys back. Now my oldest lives in a group home due to acting out cause of what this lady has done. Both of my boys are in programs and in therapy for sexual abuse.
My big thing is that, in all this time, this woman won't leave us alone. I have told social workers and a file was reported against her for the abuse of my boys. I feel like I have done everything I can to make her go away, but she won't. She still calls. and it upsets my youngest son a great deal. It's stalking! Restraining orders haven't helped and I'm not sure what else I can do. The only thing I can think of is a binding spell. I am a solitary Wiccan. I have been involved with metaphysics for 20 years and Paganism for about 9. I got into Wicca about 3 years ago. I do everything I can to study and learn as much as I can every day. I guess I want some validation in the binding spell to make sure I'm doing right by the Wiccan ways. I don't want to hurt this woman, I know that Karma will come back to her big time. I just want her to leave us alone and let us be at peace. I have taken the responsibility of my actions and what I have done in failing to protect my boys. I want to keep protecting them the bast way I can, no more violence. I need a second opinion, and who better to ask then another Witch. Thank you for your time.

In this situation, I would actually advise against using a binding spell. This is because, "as you bind, you are bound". This means you are energetically tied to the subject of your spell for as long as it is in effect. And the last thing you need is a spiritual connection with this person! Instead, I suggest shielding meditations and perhaps a general protection spell, in addition to exploring any other possible legal channels. Create a paper trail by reporting to the police each time she calls.
