I have been a Wiccan for many years, but in the last several I haven't been doing any magic work. My husband has meet a woman on-line and thinks he wants to meet her. My question is, would a binding spell on her be too much power over another?

I think it may be a bit of an over-the-top band-aid for this broken arm in your relationship. This is a situation that you and your husband will have to work out together. If he is pursuing this woman for romantic reasons, you should ask him if he wants to save your marriage. If he does, then seek regular couples counseling to find solutions for your issues.
