Perhaps you can let me know what draws you to be a "witch" and, if you happen to know what you mean by "witch," that would help me guide you as well, as the semantics only get more confusing from here! Without knowing those details, t he best place to I can guess for you to start is your local library. Read every book you can get your hands on with the subject of witchcraft, witches, "Wicca" and "Paganism". This way you'll get a broad range of ideas on the subject and you can direct yourself to what intrigues you most about becoming a Witch.
