Dear Alexandra...
I know this sounds crazy. I am not suicidal, but I like cutting myself. Its a rush. I am not seeking attention. I don't really think there is anything wrong with it. If I told anyone they would think I was crazy, and im not. Any suggestions?

That doesn't sound crazy at all to me since cutting may be more common than you think. But it is, of course, very dangerous and you'll need to stop, as you know since you sent that email. So I urge you to seek a counselor with the subject so that you can make sure you know the full reasons for your cutting and can find coping mechanisms to make sure that you don't become addicted to cutting. They won't think you're crazy either as there are many like you who cut themselves to feel a rush, to be in control, or simply to feel at all.
