I am new to Wicca. In fact, I really haven't even started yet! I don't know where to begin! I'm quite lost, and I don't know where to turn. Could you please help me; give me some hints? Thanks a lot!

It's easy to feel lost, so don't worry, you're not alone! That is part of spiritually finding yourself! You may wish to find yourself at your local library. Read every book you can get your hands on with the subject of "Wicca" and "Paganism." Begin your own practice with daily prayer and meditation. I am not yet qualified to teach Wicca, so I cannot be of much assistance, however, what worked for me was finding teachers that I could love and trust.
