The short answer to your question is that no, I've not yet cast a spell for such astounding party tricks. I also question whether you find that level of deception ethical? If you want to play a young woman for sexual reasons, there are many who must happily make due to make believe who cannot assume the forms they might wish during sex. If the desire to be another person or to change your body is deeper, this may be something that should be explored with a therapist first, and a medical gender reassignment team if necessary.
