Dear Guided,
As I understand the definitions, a Spiritual Guide is a personal helper and a way to communicate with deity, who is inextricably bound to your subconcious self. A Muse is an entity all in itself. The 9 muses are written of in Greek and Roman literature and are a source of inspiration.
