There is a part of me that I can't explain. It is as if I am at lost. Ever since I was put in a regression it has opened a door that leads only to new questions instead of answers. I hope in some way you could help me. I know it's a weird question but who am I really? What steps could I do to feel at ease?

Only you can answer the question, "Who am I really?" Remember, it is more of a journey than a destination when we search to find ourselves. You spoke of a regression. There are certainly many ways to explore your past, such as hypnosis, or even your past lives, such as readings. However, undertaking the process yourself may feel more empowering and less confusing. Perhaps if you seek your family roots you will find the answers you seek. Also, practicing the art of meditation may clear your mind and allow you to receive answers from your own subconscious.
