Keen Love

One reason that I have loved Keen.com since I joined as an advisor in 2000 is because of the wonderful energy of the clients. That's my positive thought of today, and now here comes the negative one. It finally happened... I got a bad rating, not on Keen, but on another site, for my services.  I knew it would happen someday, and I should be glad that I've had an over eight-year run of satisfied clients, but it still smarts to make $0.63 on a reading and then get slammed with a one-star rating!  That's sixty-three cents I sure didn't need!  I just want to take a moment to appreciate Keen, since that has never happened to me through their service. I'm not sure if it's because of active work that they do to screen out users who utilize free minutes to give SPAM bad ratings to all of the most affordable readers, or if it's just because the universe sends such great clientelle their way, but I love it!

I understand what u mean! Just brush off the bad energy and the positve one's will push it out of the way. You think some would appreciate the light workers more. Just keep doing what u do.

I think really devastating, below-the-belt feedback almost always comes from people who don't have the courage to express their anger to the love interest they called to ask about.

Feedback is Anger Heaven for these folks.  There is no retribution, no accountability for their actions, no argument.  They don't even have to be truthful!

It doesn't resemble real life in any way, and it's a safe place for cowardly bullies.

I've had to just become philosophical and feel empathy and sympathy for people who don't feel entitled enough or worthy enough to be heard in "real life."
