Tarot in Local Shop

I'll be selling tarot readings at Sweet Spirit Candles in Renton on Saturday. They really, really want me to raise my prices. I haven't raised my prices since I started selling tarot for money in like, 1999, or something. I know they want more money, since they take a percentage, and they're awful nice for letting me use the space... But. I told them they should let me start out at my regular pricing, and call it "promotional" in the advertizing they want to put up.

I saw a rainbow today, plus the rooster-tails of cars were rainbows.

I've started posting auctions on various auction sites for tarot readings in earnest. I've already even got a bid. Promoting my new web-site through auctions is a winning situation, as opposed to the normal search-engine crap-chute. Not only are they instant, searchable, browsable listings that people view, but they're like links that people can actually use to buy. It's like posting things that say "pay me" instead of things that say "please possibly list me on a website in a way that people can skip right past." Besides, people can sometimes end up paying even more (if they don't do what I expect) by not clicking through to my actual web-site and paying regular price.

I'm still working on a couple of auctions. I'm not going to list with another two, because I can't do either without forking out money in some way. One of them is especially sneaky, by saying they want a balance in your account for the percentage to be deducted in case your auction is won. C'mon now. Don't play me like that. Send me an invoice, or send me out da' door.
