Who Else Is Working This Labour Day?

Last week, when I was setting an appointment for today, a client incredulously asked, "you work on Labour Day?" Here in the states, this federal holiday is observed today and everything is closed, but I felt like laughing and saying, "I own my own business. You can pay me any day you like!" So, who else is with me rocking Labour Day with hard work right now?

well....i see that 73 people viewed this post..so i'll be the first to say "YOU ROCK GIRL!" even though i'm not "working hard" but hardly working would be in order...nope not 1..oh well...hope u enjoyed anyway!

Well, if you work in retail, hospitality,food service, a movie theater or other entertainment venue, you can pretty much count on working on Labor Day and other holidays.  All those folks working government or corporate jobs who have the day off would really raise a stink if they couldn't spend there day off at the movies, or the mall, or at their favorite restaurant.
