Do you ever just go out there and do your best.  Do you sometimes stay on line 24/7 because there are so many calls and call backs because the customers need to talk or need some help or just need you to be there for them.  I mean your neck aches,  your back aches,  your ear aches, your hands go numb and sometimes your heart aches....... for them........but you just go that extra mile.  You keep your prices down and try to care for everyone.......and sometimes you forget to care for  yourself.

Your ratings go up and you worked so hard for that!

Then there are these mysterious 2 - 4 minute calls - that do not sound like the rest of the customers and BAM BAM  there it goes BAD RATING IS POSTED.

AND WE KNOW WHAT IT IS   because it is HARD enough to get the regular clients to
post a rating but a 2 minute call that is right up there down grading your ratings right after they hang up.

WELL IT IS AN INSIDE JOB and all I can say is KARMA  BABY   BIG   BAD   KARMA and my Guides tell me it is comes around gathering speed and impact at 360 degrees.
