They are more suspicious, because they are more likely to cheat themselves, and more likely to suspect cheating even when none exists. This flies in the face of most common beliefs about “woman’s intuition.” So beware, gals, if you’re thinking of cheating on your partner, you’re more likely to be found out than he is!

 

The other message from this research is clear. Make sure you don’t put yourself into situations where your partner is likely to get suspicious, as he is much more likely to jump to the wrong conclusions than you are. He really will worry about that ex you say is “just a friend.” So be sure that ex is really worth hanging on to if it has potential to cause trouble.
