Here is another traditional Halloween love spell. The veil between the worlds is thinnest on Halloween, so it is the perfect night for love spells.

 

To attract love, on St Valentine's night light a pink candle. Take a pinch of salt in your right hand. Sprinkle the salt on to the candle, saying:

 

            St Valentine please be my friend

            My one true love to me send

            Fair of form and a handsome face

            To my door his pathway trace.

 

Do this three times then snuff out the candle. Dispose of the candle and any salt that remains by burying them somewhere close to your house.

 

A note about candle magic: Always snuff out a magical candle. Blowing it out disrespects the Spirit of Fire. As you light the candle, say:

 

            “Blessed be, Creature of Fire.”
