Man Time
After many years observing that strange species “Man” I have come to the conclusion that Man doesn’t have the same sense of time as “Woman”.
Man says: “I’ll call you soon.”
Woman thinks: “Great! He’s going to call me tonight.”
Man calls three days later and Woman is hurt and confused.
Man says: “I’ll do it later.”
Woman thinks; “Great! He’ll get to it soon.”
Man does it three weeks later and wonders why Woman is ticked off at him After all, he did it, didn’t he?
News flash! There’s Man Time and there’s Woman Time. Man Time means “in his own good time.” And that’s usually a lot slower than Woman Time.
Is there a solution to this discrepancy between the sexes? Not really. We just need to understand that we don’t always perceive time the same way. The same Man who is a Speed Demon when it comes to anything with wheels and a motor is often a Slug when it comes to everything else. Learning to live with it is easier than fighting it!
