If you are studying, or have a job where concentration and good memory are important, here are a few tips:

1. Drinking tea has been shown to improve concentration, so have a cuppa before opening up those books. The down side of tea is that it inhibits iron absorption so drink it between meals rather than straight after eating.

2. Herbs that improve concentration are Ginko Biloba and Brahmi, also known as bacopa. These can be obtained through your health food shop.

3. A good night's sleep helps the unconscious mind to process and store information efficiently. Calmomile tea can be very calming before bed.
