A few years ago, when I was “single and looking,” someone told me a little story about a woman who went to see a counselor because she despaired of ever finding the right partner. The counselor asked her to describe the man of her dreams. She rattled off her “shopping list” that explained all the attributes that her ideal partner would have – you know the one!

 

The counselor listened intently, and when she was done talking, looked her in the eye. “He sounds wonderful,” she agreed. “Now tell me, dear, would a man like that want to date YOU?”

 

That little story helped me to turn around the way I was thinking. In order to manifest the perfect partner, I had to manifest a better me! I did a lot of work on myself and guess what….? Let’s just say I’m not looking any more….
