Zagzagel is the Angel of Wisdom who appeared to Moses in the burning bush. Wisdom is the result of searching deep within for truth, and separating the illusions from what is real. The first requirement is a quiet mind and time spent listening to one’s inner voices. The process of identifying illusions begins with separating wants from needs. Our wants are illusions – our needs come from deep inner truths.

 

How can we differentiate between the two? When we want something and that want is gratified, it does not satisfy us. We immediately move on to the next want on the list. We buy a new cell phone – and start thinking about the DVD player we want next! When a need is met it is much more satisfying. We meet the loving partner of our dreams – we don’t immediately start looking for their replacement!
