Why people call on free minutes and don't add all the time.
This has been a subject that has been addressed so many times and every time I hear the same thing.
Don't call if your not going to add.
Don't call if your not going to give me time to connect.
People call for many reasons on those free minutes. You can spot the "addiction behavior" usually people that call and do not add is because they are either broke and/or did not feel impressed by how they felt the connection was going in a few minutes. If someone calls and the advisor is chit chatting with nothing to do with the reading people feel that is useless and they disconnect and do not add. If someone answers the phone "ready" to read and dives right in people are more inclined to add or want to come back. Time is money and money is time. I know I have called and had someone talk about nothing to do with the reading for 2 minutes and than start. That is valued money. Professionalism starts right from the word go. I find it judgemental talking about how people need not call if they cannot spend and add more money. Maybe next time they will as maybe they do not have it all right now and they wanted to feel if you connect with them. Free minutes are free minutes they are used to advertise and bring in business, nothing says they have to add immediately. What if they liked the 3-5 minutes and come back and drop 100 dollars next time. I find sending out less than 5 is a waste, that is just me.
I rather take that time to warm up with someone and go in the direction that is needed 1. 2..3..minutes are nothing to me. There are many souls hurting and want to connect and/or once again~ I say addicted and can't help but call and try someone new. We cannot stop that and the best thing we can do is try and find a real solution to help people and gain business by doing our best. When I see people complain about not adding it seems rude and controlling. Plus potential clients read these blogs and see how they are being viewed. You have to put yourself in someone elses shoes sometimes and see it from their point of view. Yes! I know this is a business but it is a very different business. It is about guidance and revealing truths and everything comes in time. If we believe there is a bigger picture and plan in the universe trying to control everything and resisting is not always the answer. We are suppose to know better being we are doing this line of work/spiritual connection with a knowing that is deeper.
Once again, people are hurting and need support. It could seem as if the person calling is in a hurry and and is rushing because they want to get as much as they can in that span of time that is alotted for free. You have to put yourself in their shoes and see where they are coming from. If you have spent buckoo bucks on here and have had no results and have some hope that maybe there is someone, one person who can help and are in search of that person and vowed to use the minutes first, possibly that is why money is not being added. I just think it makes better sense to "understand" and conceptionalize what is bveing layed before us and not go into the "do as I say mode" just me thought on this ever talked about topic.
