Excellent Meditation Tip!

I have come across an interesting discovery about mediation. Contrary to some schools of thought, I have had my best mediation immediately after working out. Today I went for a short run, thinking I might have some trouble getting into the proper meditative state because my metabolism would be too high.
However just like several times before, my meditation was deeper, more peaceful and I came out of it feeling great! In retrospect, I thought about how running dissipated the nervous energy in my physical system while oxygenating my bloodstream and brain. Of course I'd have a better mediation after running!
