6 Ways to Control your Control Freak Monster

MOST of us hate not being in control. Oh, come on - admit it. There are just certain times when the control freak monster inside each of us rises out of the ashes and bears its ugly head. Although you may try and tame it with a hint of patience from inside your thought process, still,  that darn control monster just eats it up like a bar of chocolate.

How can you take control of the control freak, and listen to your inner calm voice of patience and the other even MORE peaceful voice of reason? It will take practice for those of you that are chomping at the bit, needing action now; for others it will require a bit less practice - but practice never-the-less.

Ask yourself the following:

1.  WHY do I need action NOW?
2.  WHAT will insisting on results NOW gain me?
3.  IF I wait and see what happens, will this benefit me MORE?
4.  What do I hope to accomplish by REACTING now?
5.  Why am I allowing this situation (whatever the situation may be) to consume me?
6.  Is my mind-set clear and rational? Should I wait to ACT and not REact?

IF you can manage to think it through with the PATIENT and RATIONAL mind, then the overpowering hungry Control Freak Monster CAN be tamed. In most circumstances, the Control Freak Monster comes out when things aren't going the way YOU think they should. It is at these times that you truly must dig deep inside of you, restrain it and just know that the Universe is a MUCH better planner than you are, and there is a REASON why nothing is happening in YOUR time.

When you let go of the need to have everything done the way you think it should be done, not only do you gain a calm inner peace, but there is certainly less turmoil in your life. The more you TRUST your angels, and your "other side" crew to orchestrate these things for you, the more harmony you experience in your life.

Let the Control Freak Monster inside of you sleep!

Sending you angels,
Jane
