About Face! Retreat!
It's retreat time for Jane. Once a year, I make a journey over to Sedona and inhale the mystical energies of the red rocks. I begin this outing today, and will be off Keen until Thursday evening. It's something that I look forward to every year, as it is definitely renews energies, and releases junk. It's a soul cleanser for me.
I feel that we all need a positive break from the clutter that rattles in our minds, and the negative people that may be surrounding us. My retreat is an opportunity for my soul to unleash itself from the day in and day out duties that I demand on it, and dance to the tune of the pure wonder of God.
Even if your circumstances prohibit you from physically going somewhere, I do hope that you take some time out during your busy schedules to give your soul an "exhale" time by locating a quiet space in your home, and allowing your mind to dance on clouds.
