Be Brave: Jump off the Curb...Take the Ruby Shoes With You!
As you journey into 2009, be sure to pack a sturdy set of boundaries, a few new values, and patience. Leave the fear behind you, don't listen to negative thinkers (they aren't very inspiring, anyway), focus on what you want, and know that you have the ability to DO whatever you want. Happy New Year. Happy New YOU.
Allow your mind to think outside the box. When your relationship is navigating through turbulence and white rapids, stay in your boat. If you insist on traveling upstream- against the flow, your chances of survival are minimal. In this new year coming up, I wish for you all inner peace. The fastest and easiest route to this is to LOSE THE NEED TO BE RIGHT.
The buzz words for 08 were "SO WHAT"? Well, I rather like this. Use it a lot. So WHAT if it's not going according to YOUR plan....your life is certainly traveling with A plan - you just may not be privvy to the why's and wherefore's of it presently. All is revealed in time.
Journey THROUGH life. It's not a destination, it's an adventure. Jump off the curb once in a while, dance under the moon, laugh out loud, resolve to do at least ONE thing in the upcoming year that is going to force you to step outside of your comfort zone....and create NEW comfort zones.
Most of all realize that CHANGE IS GOOD. What served your life fifteen years ago may just need to be tossed away to allow opportunities that WILL serve you better to come in. As the human beings we are, none of us welcome change without some kind of doubt that accompanies it. I challenge you to douse the doubts. (They are only fear in disguise). Follow your heart, follow your dreams.
