Bubble Busters - BE AWARE
How many times have you allowed someone to burst your bubble? It doesn't matter what was inside of that bubble, but some negative person came along with a huge ole poker and just popped it....
Our bubbles come in all colors filled with Hope, Love, Happiness, Gratitude, Attitude, Smiles - whatever you put inside your little bubbles to keep you going, at least you can look around you and see the colors and the words inside of them. If you're having a great day, and you say to yourself, "Great Day" and encase that in a bubble - it gives you a point of reference. And along comes a downer of a co-worker, friend, mother, brother, sister - who immediately grools on and on about what a crummy rotten day it is and why. Do you notice your "Great Day" bubble shrinking - then *pop* it's gone?
I encourage you today to KEEP your bubbles full and colorful. YOU are responsible for preventing them from being popped by Bubble Busters. YOU are responsible for your own bubbles, the affirmations you put inside of them, and maintaining them! If someone comes along with a negative attitude - tell them that you're having a bubbly day and just can't talk to them right now.
OWN your attitude, and do not allow anyone, except for yourself, to take that from you. Keep your bubbles colorful!
