Don't tell Spike that the Packers aren't "All that"
Spike is a little listless lately. His Greenbay Packers just aren't "all that" anymore, and he's having a difficult time coping.
There are even tickets available for the Minnesota game - a bunch of them, but what's a dog to do? I certainly don't have the time to gather everyone up and go, and I don't know anyone in Arizona that is willing to go to Minnesota for a Packer game, hauling along a dog that holds eternal hope that the Packer's are still "America's Team". *sigh*.
I'm trying to perk him up. I even bought him the NFL package (ok, it was a freebie with the installation of Direct T.V.). He has Packer toys, and of course his jersey. I feel really bad that I can't seem to get him out of his doldrums.
He has his fantasy team on CBSsportsline, and is excited about having Tom Brady as his Quarterback (sad he didn't get Bret). So, while I'm coping with my depressed puppy, I'm available for your calls today!
