Emotional Meltdowns....the Roller Coaster Ride of a Life!
Hang onto your seat, you're preparing for the roller coaster. Feelings,
frustrations, anger, resentment - scattered energies that are consuming
you. Add to this mix, a partner, that won't be honest and straight with you
about where things stand, and you've all the ingredients for an
emotional meltdown.
No need to meltdown and be in that confused state of mind. Your INNER
being knows exactly what is going on. Your INNER being never lies to
you, it's never confused, it always inherently knows. YOU, however, are
not ready to quiet your mind and take the time to listen to what you
already know to be true. Maybe you're just not ready to HEAR what your
INNER being is shouting at you.
Any roller coaster ride is ALWAYS YOUR CHOICE. No one forces that "E"
ticket in your hand and holds a gun to your head insisting that you get
on the ride.
It's tough to take responsibility for your choices. YOUR choice: LISTEN
to what you already know to be true, or stay in a confused, angry
state. Do you choose Heaven (where all truth is) or do you choose Hell
(where you can fool yourself into closing off your INNER voice)? You, and You alone can choose.
