Focus On the Open Window....NOT the Closed Door

"I feel such a strong connection, how can he/she NOT feel it???" The only explanation I have for this question is this: If she/he is focused somewhere else, their energies are blocked from receiving any other "signals" that someone may be interested, and they are certainly blocked from acknowledging anyone else.

Some people feel that if they hang in there long enough, that the focus of their desire will change, and direct attention to them. Well, yes - this is certainly possible. "It was right in front of me the whole time, yet it never occurred to me until one day *boom*.... and there she was looking very appealing to me".

However, this case is usually the exception and not the rule. IF you are intent on someone, and they are not returning your affections, do not get bitter or upset or feel 'rejected'. Be GRACEFUL enough to  allow the person in question the right not to accept the love you want to give. Once you do this, then you open up the door for the Universe to bring to you someone that WILL accept what you have to offer.

Why set your heart, mind and soul on someone that is unavailable to you? Is it the challenge you seek? The "winning" over of this person's heart? Possibly it's the validation you'd like to receive if you do 'win' that you are a great person. It's ultimately up to you, however wouldn't you much rather BE in a relationship with someone that returns what you have to offer, than WANT a relationship with someone that isn't present with you?

# re: Focus On the Open Window....NOT the Closed Door

Please note: I am not bi-lingual. Although I did take 2 semesters of Spanish, little of it 'stuck' with me. If you would like to post a comment, please do so in language that I can respond to, and that others in the situation that I am in can read it also. Thank you.
