Moon Day: The Law of Distraction. Earl & The Brownie vs. Green Tea

I interrupt your regularly scheduled life for a brief distraction on this Full Moon Moonday. Um, Monday. Grab yourself one of those healthy multi-grain moonpies, and join me in this exciting and challenging debate that I've been contemplating since early this mooning. Um, morning:

Earl & The Brownie vs. Green Tea

I realize that Green Tea has these awesome antioxidants and all kinds of healthy things brewing in it. But what about all the beneficial things of a brownie with Earl Gray tea? In this competition, could Earl and the brownie best Green Tea?

I'm talking a double-chocolate, rich, gooey,  freshly baked right from the box (just add egg, water and oil) brownie. For those of you that are super health-conscious, we'll endulge your need for a few raw almond slivers (must keep that cholestrol count down).

Chocolate releases endorphins, and tastes great- so not only do you end up with a happy brain, but your taste buds are also quite content.

Green tea helps your blood breathe.

Earl Gray has a soothing flavor, seeping with loads of caffeine.

So, which is better? Endorphins and Caffeine or More Oxygen? And, seriously, isn't oxygen just a tad over-rated?

Cast your votes now!

Remember:  It's OKAY to have fun - even if it's just a brief time. The Law of Distraction keeps your youth in tact.

You may now return to your regularly scheduled life.

Okay, give me the brownie, hands down. It's instand grin with chocolately goodness. And you're going to gasp, I know but...I hate hot green tea. I can only drink it iced. And I am a tea manic, in general (typically 4 cups a day of a variety of herbel blends and teasans)

Have you ever tried Numi Teas? They make a Lime Teasan? I love it. Have a great Monday, Jane.

Smiles, Bubbles! I am strictly a tea drinker. I stopped drinking coffee when I stopped smoking. I love the herbals - Bigelow Mango is one of my favorites. I use it in suntea, also. I am not familiar with the Numi teas. I did see a special on Discovery Channel about tea that was fascinating. One tea plant/bush can live up to 1,000 years...(now, that's a long time to go without chocolate!) Cheers! Jane
