No. It's when You KNOW, it's NO, and so NOT right.

Don't engage. That's the only way to thwart a bully. Shrug your shoulders, let them continue with their temper tantrum, and just know that it's not your fault. Wait a minute... they may want to make it your fault because there's no one else around to vent on, but the reality is that you KNOW it's not your fault, you have nothing to do with it so just say NO.

You aren't responsible for his impatience in his weekend project resulting in a rework. Yet, as he is tirading about what needs to be done to fix it, he is getting madder and madder. What does a self-confident person do? That's right - walk away.

You aren't responsible for his scraping against a tree and blemishing the paint on his vehicle - yet it happened on your driveway, so there must be some association? What does a self-confident person do? That's right - walk away.

Like a 3year old having a brat attack, you let them stew quietly with no one to vent on except for themselves. It gets old looking in a mirror. But the key here is to remove yourself out of the bully's way so that you don't become the punching bag for his (or her) tantrum.

Pour yourself a nice cold glass of suntea, and enjoy the outdoors or a good movie.

I will be available for your calls today.
Sending you all angels, and remember to be safe this weekend!
