A TOAST!!!
Here's to YOU. All of the 35,000 plus callers that have called me in the past 8 years. As I come upon my anniversary date of being an advisor on Keen, I still get a thrill when I hear from those of you that call me once a year for your yearly update. I get excited when the things I've told you have come to pass. I share your disappointments when things I've said have not happened. I try and compensate you, send you minutes, whatever I can. Yes, I've missed the boat on a few things. I've shined brilliantly on others. Point is: no psychic is 100% all of the time.
I take great effort to go the extra mile for those of you that call. Why? Because I care. I care about each and every one of you that take YOUR time to call me. I follow up with emails to finish what I'm saying to you if we get cut off. I understand the dynamics of today's economy, and YOUR time is valuable.
I do not waste your time reminding you to leave feedback and a rating - this is YOUR choice to do... (however, it is most appreciated when you do take the time to rate your calls). The focus of the call is YOU and what YOUR situation is, and how I can assist YOU in dealing with it, understanding it, and most of all guide you to solutions that will benefit YOU the most.
It truly is a privilege to work on Keen. The link to Keen was sent to me, and I was guided to sign up. Just like all new advisors, I started at the bottom of the barrel, and have persisted - working my way up. I take what I "do" very seriously, and do what I can do to ensure that YOU get the reading YOU deserve! I've done the radio talk show gig (2 years promoting Keen and taking calls live on-air), been on T.V. (not all it's whacked up to be), written a book (working on the 2nd), and have managed to stay spiritually minded, listening to the higher power that guides me.
This past year was the first time in the eight years I've been on Keen that I actually took a couple of days off - and even this was work-related. Retreats that re-center and re-balance. Afterall, who wants to call an unbalanced reader?
Keen has expanded and grown throughout the past 8 years, and we've all learned to adjust to the changes and growth of this very unique and wonderful website that offers YOU immediate gratification to get answers to what is weighing most on your mind. I applaud Customer Service, the marketing department that is so diligently working on new and broader-based marketing plans for the site, but most of all, I extend major kudos to YOU - the callers that rely on assistance, that is fair, honest, and accurate for your situation.
