The very POWERFUL "Power of Intention" = ORANGES!
So, College Football Fans, it's BOWL time. And ME thinks it's time for
this BCS system to dissolve and go away! I remember a long long time
ago, in a place far, far away when there were FOUR major bowl games all
on New Year's Day, (woops, the Sugar Bowl was on New Year's Eve).
Orange, Cotton, and the Rose Bowl were IT. C'est toot. Nothing else.
NOW, everyone - and I mean EVERYONE has a bowl game. So, Keeners - the
prediction I made earlier appears to have come true (in a sense) that
Keen DOES have a bowl- the AT&T Cotton Bowl. Some fun there for
Mizzou fans that are probably still in shock over the fact they missed
out on a BCS game.
If ANYONE can figure out this BCS system, let me know.
And it's Oranges for KU. (I'll be decorating my house in oranges,
hanging them everywhere, offering them out to all that want one - hey,
the "Power of Intention"). Rock Chalk - Jayhawks! Haven't been to a
major bowl since 1968 (before a lot of you were even born). They did
manage to make an appearance in the Liberty Bowl in the 70's.....
Anyway, being the major football fan that I am, my weekend was consumed
with college football. Not to mention my fantasy team has only one loss
this season, and we chalked up another win yesterday.
I'm sure that you're asking yourselves, "what does football have to do
with spirituality, readings, and the psychic arena, and what's so
inspiring about THIS blog?"
Answer: My "Intention Board".
Hunh?
This year I put together an "Intention Board". I cut out all kinds of
things from magazines; pictures, words, everything that I wanted in my
life to happen. In the corner, I put a Jayhawk and "CHEERS" next to it.
MY intention was to go to the NCAA Basketball finals...but, I got
Oranges, instead. Whatever, the point is that the intention was clearly
stated I wanted KU to do something GOOD.
Now, here's the really cool part. Just about EVERYTHING that I put on
that Intention Board has come to pass. I've lost 20 lbs., I'm happier
than ever in my relationship, I got a dozen pink roses, I've stopped
smoking, (yeah!!!), I've redecorated my home and it's cozier.... well,
you get the drift.
I challenge you ALL to make your OWN intention board. Believe it -
trust it, and look at it every day to remind you of what YOU want. Yes,
it's an over-used phrase today, but I'll tell you for a fact: "ASK and
it IS Given*" *Author: Esther & Jerry Hicks.
MAKE it a GREAT Monday! You have the power, you have the ability, use it!
