Uncomfortable? Shift YOU.

How many times have you been seated somewhere; say an auditorium or a movie theater, where  the seating is a bit uncomfortable? What do you do? You shift just slightly to make adjustments so that you are more comfortable sitting. Right?

Your thought processes work much in the same way. If you are uncomfortable with your present situation, SHIFT your thoughts to make yourself more comfortable with them.

If all you do is think negative thoughts, think how horrible everything in your life is, you are in an uncomfortable seat - or are you? Perhaps this way of thinking has become habit to you, and that you actually feel better when things are rather twisted? Do you really enjoy beating yourself up? Do you put yourself in a position of confrontation so that others do this for you?

Newsflash: YOU and YOU ALONE are responsible for your perspective and views of your thoughts.

For many, negative thinking is a habit, which over time,
becomes an addiction. It’s a disease, like alcoholism, compulsive overeating, or drug abuse.
