Whew, what a month, heh? It came complete with a hangover from a lunar eclipse in August, partial eclipse, emotional roller coasters, proclamations of love, break ups, reconcilations - basically, running the whole gambit of human emotions possible.
Well, it's almost behind us now (in about 12 hours), and then there's October! October is one of the most wonderful months of the year. It's packed with letting go of the crud from September, new beginnings, fresh starts, and wiping the frost off the pumpkin....along with Halloween treats for scavengers that come knocking at your door.
To me, October really marks the beginning of the remainder of the year. From here, days fly by and before you realize it important holidays are upon us! It's a busy time, and because of this, there isn't time for you to allow anything that isn't important in your life to take over. In other words, the 'small stuff' is just that - small stuff. Heck, even the "big" stuff isn't really that big or worth putting too much emotional energy into.
