Words from a "Woodstock Fruitcake" that Missed the Train to Sedona.....
Is the inner voice you're listening to an Angel or the Devil?
Today, "Be an Angel". Listen to your higher voice, (the Angel),
and don't give into your ego voice (the Devil). We all know that
"devilish" inner voice! It's the one that reacts to situations with
bullish behavior...the one that misdirects us to places we don't want
to be, the voice that needs to be "right", feels defensive, reacts
emotionally without much thought or care as to how it will affect
others. Don't listen to that one!
Choose, instead, to listen to your higher voice (The Angel).
This is the one that directs you appropriately, guides you gently,
without hesitation on the path you're walking to where you DO want to be.
The higher voice
is louder, and knows how to behave, access situations with clarity,
providing you with the ability to continue forward in a positive light.
I've always felt there are no "bad" things in life. It's all good - regardless of the situation. I even have a sign in my office that states this: "IT'S ALL GOOD". When you put an extra "O" in God, you get GOOD.
We, as spiritual beings having a human experience, should be
heart-centered/love based beings. If we are living in the light of God,
it is ALL GOOD.
As I once wrote, we learn our valuable life lessons based on the choices that we make. When we make GOOD choices, the Universe rewards us with a CLEAR path; free of obstacles that will encumber us.
When our choices are less than GOOD,
we experience the consequences of those not-so-good choices, but we
still learn valuable lessons for our growth. It's a matter of
perspective.
When
I expressed this to a great friend of mine, he stated that I was "A
Woodstock Fruitcake that missed the boat to Sedona"....I got a laugh
out of that (as well as a title for my blog today). I love laughing, don't you? Doesn't it just make you feel GOOD?

I am a Woodstock Hangover, and have a 60's approach to the view of the
world. That's fine. It's MY view...and from up here, the view is
AWESOME. Join me, okay?
